Twelve weeks to a Product Analyst interview loop

A customer-success pivot does not need another certificate. It needs SQL, metrics language, and two artifacts a PM will actually read.

Plenty of strong CS people in Lagos already sit next to the product. They know churn stories. They can run a discovery call. What they lack is a way to pull the numbers and a portfolio that proves judgment — so they stay stuck in the same title.

The Product Analyst Cava Concepts track is twelve weeks, about eight hours a week. It is not a video dump. You learn metrics that matter, SQL as a thinking tool, funnel and retention stories, experiment briefs, and an eight-minute readout. The proof plan is specific: an activation funnel teardown, a retention cohort board, and two experiment briefs.

Adeola’s sample report on the product sits at 64 readiness with high confidence and a 12-week clock. That is the honest version of a pivot. If that is your shape, create an account, run the report, and start with the first deliverable — not another course homepage.
